Cancellations:

Cancellation and Re-Booking Policy-

48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or re-booking.
If given less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% fee will be charged.
We are operating on a tight schedule due to the pandemic.
Please respect our time and provide 48 hours' notice.
Remember to monitor any symptoms of illness, rescheduling if necessary, and we will do the same.

We hope you would regard our salon's safe environment with compassion and kindness towards one another.

Parking:

Doylestown Parking lot available right alongside our building, at Court and Clinton,  metered spaces .25 cents for 15 mins, meters take quarters or credit cards, and the app..

Also, we have parking directly behind our building in the Rituals parking lot, 123 West Court St. Two marked spaces! look for the Rituals sign and see if it's available!

Readjustment Policy:

We believe in, stand by, and guarantee our work at Rituals Salon. If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with your stylist and come together with a solution.

Client adjustments (re-do’s) will only be honored if Rituals is contacted within 7 days of the original service.

Retail returns- unopened packaged please- are 7 days for store credit
